Ginny Andreas
Ginny is the manager at Little Sparrows. She has worked at the nursery since 1990 and carries out the duel role of managing and working directly with children. Ginny is currently studying for her Early Years Professional Status, having completed her Early Years degree in January 2008. Ginny is passionate about making the nursery a place where children’s emotional development is nurtured, so that children become confident in all their relationships. Ginny endeavours to make the nursery a place where everyone is equally loved and respected as this is a high priority for all those involved in the nursery.
Claire Sheehan
Claire is the part time deputy manager, having worked at the nursery since its beginning in 1988. Claire brings with her valuable life experience along with her NNEB training, having brought up 4 girls of her own. Claire is very sensitive to the needs of children of all ages and has worked with children who have additional needs. Claire works closely with 4 year old children, encouraging their numeracy and language skills and has a particular flair for art and craft.
